Creativeprogressive was conceived during the 2006 election season by graphic designer Scot Covey and television writer Julie Siege. It is an entirely volunteer operation with no official organizational status or party affiliation. It is expected that volunteers through Creativeprogressive will work pro bono, billing only for expenses.
